Impeccable service

Had a lovely stay at Eagles Down. The service is impeccable and everyone was so nice and friendly. We loved to breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets with lots of Egyptian foods and fresh vegetables.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to enjoy the many activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The hotel is well located with shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the slides and water games.

Had 4 rooms, one furniture should be on a bonfire and shower needs demolished. One too far from reception despite asking in December for a close room due to poor mobility. One on ground floor had 10 air conditioning units attached to it, noise was dreadful. Staff amazing, place constantly cleaned, food good selection but mostly cold.

Il mare è bellissimo, la struttura dell’hotel è piuttosto vecchia ma è in ristrutturazione, il cibo è da migliorare, per quello che ho pagato comunque l’esperienza è stata buona nel complesso. Animazione e personale ottimo tutti molto gentili e disponibili.
