Comfortable bed, fabulous pillows, soft towels, lots of tv channel options and youtube, good water pressure, mostly quiet, some construction going on, internet didn't work first day, even with 2 options. Huge patio, no patio furniture and everyone could access it. Toilet seat not tight, no extra toilet paper provided, shower drain was flooding over, bathroom could be a lot cleaner - inside shower floor & wall of sink was dirty and cup. Texted issues first evening I was there, they didnt respond until last night which was 4 days later. Very small but ok for what I needed and easy to find. No shampoo or conditioner provided.

Great apartment, but 2 major issues to be fixed

Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. There were 2 other groups in the same situation waiting to check in. We eventually got an answer on the emergency number after more than an hour. The lady I spoke to said they didn’t send the self check in details because the local tax had not been paid. She sent me the codes for the main entrance and our room. We were lucky we arrived during the day. If this had been late at night I don’t know what we would have done. This was all completely preventable if they had contacted us before arrival with the payment link and check in codes. Nilie mgmt are a big operation and need to sort this out. If you are staying here, make sure you get the check in codes prior to arrival. 2. The apartment has a huge balcony, but it’s not furnished. There is only one chair in the room, so you can’t even bring the indoor furniture out to use on the balcony. Total waste of a beautiful space.

Don't be fooled by the photos!! It was a terrible experience. Even though I paid for my 3-day stay in advance through hotels.com, they sold my room to someone else a second time. I checked in through their system, received the key code, but the rooms were already occupied. At 1 AM, my family and I were locked out because they had no rooms available. They offered no help and still haven't refunded my money.
