Stay was excellent but restaurant services was not good.on 21.5.26 evening dessert gulabjamun khoya tested burnt and icecream was sticky. On 22/23.5.26 morning breakfast had to wait half an hour for tea otherwise service was good

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful, including helping me book cabs as a female traveler and to help suggest places for me to visit during my stay. My only piece of constructive feedback was the breakfast, because they didn't have a hot breakfast buffet during my stay due to low occupancy. I understand that they need to be economical about food and certainly don't want to waste it, but then I think that should be communicated to travelers when booking or some kind of discount or voucher should be offered, since we are still paying the full price but not having the amenity that a 5-star hotel should come with.

Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids.

Péssimo, fujam

bem localizado, porem tem um ar condicionado externo no 5o andar que deixa barulho em todos os quartos ficamos num quarto com vista do vale. Vimos os surtos com varanda onde colocam um tapume e tem mais barulho cafe da manha horrível, sem opções interncionais alem de pão de forma com manteiga chegamos mais cedo e nao tinha a suite, falaram somente as 13hs. Voltamos as 14hs e pediram pra esperar mais duas horas Noites tensas pelo intenso barulho
