2/10 不太好

Check in was meant to be from 3pm, I arrived on site at 9 pm and the room still wasn’t ready. I had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be prepared. There was only one towel available for my wife and I to share. Staff only provided another towel the following morning a few hours before check out. A terrible experience all round, considering everything had been prepaid. I would not recommend this venue.

This accommodation was perfect for my brief stay in Lekki. Located behind the Lekki Coliseum area, I found it to be safe, secure and quiet. It was clean and well kept. My only issue was with the generator going off every so often but it was usually short lived. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place.

The property is excellent!! Housekeeping amazing! Pool Is nice ! Rooftop area to relax and smoke and hangout ! Elevators a plus ! Downfall TV service terrible and no hot water !! Be prepared to take cold shower ! Otherwise I will definitely stay there again !

Everything at this property was perfect ! Pool , elevator, housekeeping, staff , cleanliness and comfort and the pool amazing!!!! But the TV SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THE PICTURE QUALITY WORSE … otherwise it’s a 5 star hotel

FALSIFIED INFORMATION

First i was very disappointed about the falsified information from Hotels.com. When booking I got the impression that there would be getting buffet breakfast but to my surprise we were told at the front desk that it was at the discretion of the hotel. After staying for two nights we only got a plate for one person. Also. They kept coming to ask us to pay every night even after paying. I had to always remind them that my booking had already been paid for from Expedia. Which gave me the impression that there is a communication gap at the front desk and it was really embarrassing that I had to remind them over and over that the booking was already paid for.
