Quite simply the most cost effective and comfortable hotel that I stay in across Europe and East coast US. Recommended

In the suburbs of Milan but a great modern and clean hotel. It felt safe and clean and the rooms were modern and bright. The only criticism I had was that the plug sockets were different to the usual EU 2 pin ones (some weird 3 pins in a line arrangement that we’d never come across before even when travelling to Italy!) a good base which we then travelled to local station and travelled to Milan centre by metro. Good hotel and good breakfast

The front desk service was terrible, we showed up soaking wet after having to take a train, bus and walk a kilometer in the dumping rain since the hotel wouldn’t help us book a taxi from the train station that would have been a 10 minute ride. We called for their help multiple times. When we showed up they offered no extra towels or even spoke to other than to ask for our passports and tell us what room number we were. The room had no comforter on the bed, just a sheet and the thermostats won’t let you go below 75 degrees/24 Celsius. Theres an outdoor light in the bathroom that shines into the bathroom. We paid 350 euros for last minute because of a mishap on our end, when the value of the hotel normally is 75-100 euros, which is merely just interesting they hike up the prices that much. Terrible stay for us and do not recommend.
