The property is at a prime location, easily accessible with means of transport! Close to all location nightlife events. Ambient apartment, definitely highly recommend to anyone.

DON'T STAY THERE

The stay was simply horrible. After 11 hours of bus ride with a child, we hoped to get in the place and relax. After calling some people and waiting for answers, we were told that the person staying in "our" place extended their stay and we will be given another room. After waiting 20 minutes in a garage of the building, a lady showed us the alternative room. This was NOT what I booked and already PAID for. The place I booked had two room with a bed AND a sofa. This new place had just one room with one bed. They called the owner who was out of town and obviously didn't care at all. After getting ready to leave and look for an alternative accommodation, another woman came and offered us her place she also rented out. Her place was OK. Stay away from the Sebastian apartment. Not reliable. The owner and people managing it are absolutely disorganize and they have no clue that someone rent and paid for the room and they extend the sty for another person. Just messy management

Sebastian sounds like a nice guy, the property that was advertised was not available so he had to work with someone else to get us a place to stay. Since we liked the place so much we wanted to prolong our stay but the owner of the place who is not Sebastian became greedy a little bit.
