I didn’t get the room I reserved the first night but the second night I did and really liked it. My feedback for the property is customers really appreciate seeing actual photos of the room they are reserving when booking. They should match to avoid disappointment with the stay. Thank you for making it right!

Room was clean. Staff was not friendly and very unhelpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, without a comforter or blanket. The continental breakfast was Aldi brand cereal, white bread for toast and mini bagels.

2/10 不太好

There were multiple saftey hazards no smoke detector in bedroom, holes in the walls, outlets only 2 worked, and there were coach roaches in my room. I only stayed two days before noticing the cockroach infestation the man at the front desk was rude and they wouldn’t give me a credit for the rest of my stay I was supposed to be there or accommodate me for a different room. Needless to say it was terrible not recommend.

Staff were good at accommodating. Asked for a room with bigger fridge and they made it happen.
旅客真實評論

4/10 一般般

The room was clean but the quality of repairs to floors or walls looked patched. Lobby was nice, everything in the room worked. Free breakfast/coffee was the worst we've ever experienced, went out to eat. Price and the fact that everything in the room worked made it okay. If you need a cheap overnight with no frills, this is the place.

2/10 不太好

The sink leaked, shower water was ice cold all times of the day, the in room, hot tub did not work at all, and we had to pay extra for it, the hotel cleaning people played loud music at 8 o’clock in the morning while cleaning rooms. Will not be staying here again ever

The property was under construction, which was not disclosed on their website. The room that I reserved was not available when I arrived and I was “offered” a lesser room for the same price. Their continental breakfast was non existent. I could not get a delivery made because of security/unsafe issues. I would recommend staying some where else.
