Avoid

This accommodation has several significant issues: Location & Safety: Situated beside a six-lane highway with constant traffic, the basement “suites” have barred, non–soundproof windows, raising safety and noise concerns. Facilities: The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock properly. Check-in & Communication: Guests must obtain codes for the main entrance and suite doors via a “virtual reception” system—but we received no codes before arrival. The provided phone number was out of service, and messages go unanswered for days. We only gained entry thanks to the cleaning staff, who also helped us contact the owner. However, the codes are so simple we felt forced to keep valuables with us at all times. Shockingly, these insecure codes hadn’t been updated despite a complaint on May 20. Overall: Given these drawbacks, it is hard to recommend this property.

property is in prime location, but is made to look more luxury than it actually is, with toilet flush being broken, and bathroom lock not working. Also in terms of security I wouldn’t leave anything valuable inside as it only takes two codes (easily patternable and doesn’t change frequently) to access the Main building and then into the room.

Après une heure d'attente devant le logement nous avons eu la bonne surprise de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude. Ajouté a cela une chambre tres bruyante donnant sur la rue.
