There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel was very open and modern in the lobby with a bar and restaurant on that level. The front desk staff was not only friendly, but went above and beyond to be sure we had a great time for a special event we were in town for. The rooms have a great layout and are very spacious. The only thing I didn’t love was the motion activated lights that came on all night. Apparently there was a master switch and we didn't know. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!
