Room was a good size & clean. Blinds were broke up & you could see outside. The hot water....well if you ran it for a good while it did get slightly warm but never got to a good temp for a comfortable shower. Tried at night thinking maybe the water tank was outta hot water but it was no better by 6:30 am. Other than that....it was ok.

Parking is tough, no breakfast, but a filtered water station, an outdoor picnic table to eat so you don’t have to eat in your room. It gets the job done if you are exploring Chadron, Ft. Robinson & the far southern Black Hills. It was safe, clean, & somewhat convenient to food & such except you definitely need a car to get to those places. It is ‘affordable for the area’ because the chain hotels in the area are $50+ a night more.

They do provide good customer service but the rooms are old, bathrooms super small, takes a long time for the water to heat up, blinds were broken in our room, carpet felt kinda tacky and it was a pet room, but still. Very basic room with a tv, small refridge and micro.

Simple hotel. Very plain, basic decor, but after staying at several other properties on this trip that were in this price range, and reflecting... this hotel stands out. Very clean, well maintained, and quiet. My only gripe is they need curtains badly on the secondary windows, it was difficult to sleep in past 6am. Would stay here again, absolutely.

Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside.

Clean room. Overpowering fragrance, it lessened over time, but was noticable every time I left and came back in the room. It's a 2-star motel so not a lot of amenities. It did have a large recliner with a footrest, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The room appeared clean, but had a musty smell. Turning on the fan, opening a window and a generous spritz of Febreze helped with the odor. Towels and sheets were clean. It’s an older motel in Chadron.

There was an awkward step into the room we were first given. We are both older and this step was difficult for us to navigate. The manager was crossing the parking lot at that time and we explained the problem. Even though they were getting ready for many guests, he quickly found us a room without a step at the door. The biggest complaint about the room was that the bathroom was quite small. But it did have a good size shelf.

Bed was comfortable. Air room temp was easy to set. TV worked well. Having a refridgerator and microwave in the room was well done. Only thing was parking in the corner where we were, 40 and 41. was awkward.
