This room was very spacious and clean! Staff were helpful and friendly and the coin laundry was a nice addition - much needed for our long trip. The only downsides were that there is some noise and the windows were a little inconvenient to keep open, so less natural light. There also was no breakfast provided but there is a family mart close by. Nice spacious bathroom with all necessities, a mirror with different light settings, hairdryer that worked really efficiently and a bathtub! Overall this stay is hard to beat for the money and convenient location to the nearby station, Gion district and pontocho alley.

Foi ótimo!! Quarto muito grande para os padrões da cidade! Nos alocaram em um guardo no fundo do primeiro andar mesmo, foi muito bom! Banheiro ótimo, super equipado e tecnológico. Adoramos e recomendamos! Bem ao lado da estação principal de metrô do bairro.

The guy checking us in was very invested in going through all of the rules, there were a lot. The room has no windows and the lights on all of the room appliances kept it extremely bright. Good location.

Wow! What a deal for the location. We were right in the heart of Gion. This place was a perfect location for us and we were able to stop back if needed something or a rest while exploring Gion. You are right by the bus stations and off of the main bridge and intersection. This place had a spacious shower/bath and a good sized room for Japan. The staff at the front was super nice. It was everything we needed and more. Again, the location really cannot be beat.

Perfect location in Gion near all of the attractions. It’s so close to the train, practically next door to the entrance. Large room, large updated private bathroom with soaker tub. Very large comfortable bed. Large windows with screens as well as room darkening doors for blocking out sun and heat during the day. Quiet hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff who are eager to assist and make sure you have everything you need.

A spotlessly clean hotel with good sized rooms, comfy beds and a great bathroom with shower and jacuzzi massage bath. Staff extremely helpful. Fab location by Kawaramachi and Shijō stations. Riverside area outside for picnics. Note that the bedroom has no windows and there is no communal lobby/bar to relax in. Location and value are great. Recommend if you want to be in middle of it all in Gion area!

The hotel staff were very nice and the room (with no windows) was clean. The surrounding area has everything you could possibly want or need and it’s all within a walkable distance. The only thing that wasn’t great was the rock hard bed and pillows and the paper-thin walls through which we could hear EVERYTHING people in other rooms were doing as well as traffic noise. If you’re staying a couple nights in Kyoto and want a place that’s right in the thick of it, this is your place, but would not recommend staying here for anything longer than a couple days.
