Booked last minute for the Ellicotville Half Marathon and the staff was so friendly and amazing. I asked for a late checkout so I could shower after the race and they were so so nice and accommodating! We stayed in the Abe-Frame and it was just the cutest little cottage style room. We stopped briefly in the Pour House and everyone was so nice there too!

Love the modern clean decor. The throw blankets were super cozy and made sleep extra lovely. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Stayed in the standalone A-frame cabin and it was very clean and tidy. Only thing we disliked was where the couch was to watch tv. You had to watch your head leaning back so you didn't hit the wooden beams. Restaurant and bar Pour was great. Fast service and good food. Air conditioner was working great, only had to use it the first night as it was a bit cooler tha second day. Would definitely stay again! Great location close to everything you'd want.

Perfect for an overnight! Nice modern space that’s close to the village and holiday valley. Mini fridge was super helpful, and temperature controls were very easy to use. Would definitely come back!

This boutique motel is simply awesome. From the sleek design (black/gold bathroom/shower) to the nice beds and self entry coded doors and supportive remote staff by email and text, we couldn't have had a nicer stay. The restaurant/bar next door (Pour) is also super. Tons of great beer and delicious food. Ski and golf right next door. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Great experience.

The Lincoln is a very nice, quaint boutique motel. It is modern and clean with hip features, including a bigger TV than most motels/hotels and great live edge wood throughout. It's location right next to Holiday Valley make it ideal for easy access to year round adventure. We were very happy with out stay and looking forward to going again.

Cute little boutique place. Rooms very uniquely decorated. I didn’t see the slide dimmers on the overhead and wall sconce lights at first (lighting was initially harsh)… but once I saw and figured out, the lighting offered nice “mood” options. The bar restaurant “Pour”, with the beer wall was very fun. Food was good. Overall nice place.

WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay.
