Great location, Very clean
Great location, clean, lots of car honking which wasn’t as bad as expected during the night. Staff was helpful for the most part but became noticeably put off when asked for extra coffee pods which unlike a hotel they do not replenish. Also no daily service.

We have booked a one bedroom suite for three of us. There is only one air conditioner in the bedroom. The living room can get quite hot unless we cracked up the air conditioner in the bedroom. But then the bedroom gets too cold. The traffic was very loud at night. The fridge in the living room is very loud too. The sofa bed is right next to it. I have to unplug it at night. Otherwise I would be waken up by it. There is a coffee machine but they only provide the capsules the first day and we did stay for a whole week without making use of the machine after. The free laundry is great but you have to bring your own detergent. The suite is not as new as it looks in the pictures. There are footprints on the walls. Quite disappointed.

Amazing view!
We had a very nice stay, and had an amazing view from the bedroom with glass walls on three sides! The only downside is the fact that the bedroom gets very hot because of the greenhouse effect of the glass walls, and the A/C not being sufficient, and also strange that we get a coffee capsule machine, but no coffee capsules and when asking in the reception we still didn’t get any even though they apparently had some.

Just Okay
1st time staying at this property and I was able to check in early (for a fee) on line. The 1st room we were assigned could not be entered because of the passcode. We were then moved to the 5th floor and we had one more issue with the keypad entry. Room was clean and average space. Our room didn’t have extra pillows or blanket so I ordered some but they never arrived. I had to go to the front desk to pick up extra sets of towels and when I requested a late check out the evening before I wasn’t informed until the morning that it was denied. The location is in a decent area as you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the Mall. However, make sure to keep your windows closed because the noise, traffic, etc. is NonStop morning, noon & night so sleep will be off/on. Also, no pool/jacuzzi is a real bummer but the terrace is pretty and spacious. Lobby is very tiny, and the gym is in weird location and has the basics of what you need for a quick workout.

ULIV en Roma Sur se ha convertido en uno de mis alojamientos favoritos en la ciudad. La ubicación y accesibilidad a varios puntos de interés es perfecta. Además el concepto de mini departamento es ideal si tu plan es quedarte y cocinar en "casa". El personal siempre ha sido amable y no he tenido ningún inconveniente durante mis pasados alojamientos.

It's ok
It is located in a great location where you can walk to many places within 11 minutes. The bed was rock hard and I ended up sleeping on the couch on some nights . The place is not decorated at all like the pictures it's just plain . The furniture is run down and the shower head only shoots water out of certain holes making it very hard to wash your hair. We were on the 10th floor and it was very hot , hotter than outside. There's only one ac on one side of the room making the living room and dining room unbearable during the day. For the price I expected more for sure. We hardly stayed in the room which was a plus since it was definitely not comfortable to hang out in there with the heat . The staff is very friendly and kind.

Great place, good value
Nice new spacious. Well designed. Good views. Was worried about noise based on reviews, but didn’t find it an issue at all. Maybe depends on room. Stunning rooftop. Great location. I’m picky and was very pleased - especially for value compared to absurd $500+ night rooms nearby in Roma
