Love the property, but...
The hvac needs updating. The only thing that I didn't like, besides the window being partially open when we got in the room, was no option for heating/cooling on the thermostat. If the room was a little too warm and you wanted it to gradually cool off, that wasn't an option. Instead, the a/c would blast and it's directed right at the bed and seating area. We had to turn off the thermostat rather than risk earaches and sore throats from the a/c in the morning.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the lake front. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking spots. Our room (suite) was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful giving us tips on how to go around town.

Everything was good. I asked for a quiet room and the person working the counter at check-in selected a very quiet room. The only thing that was missing was microwave safe cookware. You can use the ceramic bowls / plates, but they get hot--they're not really designed for the microwave.

Great rooms and service; boo on breakfast
The stay was great except for the breakfast that was offered, which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. My husband is disabled and it's much easier for us to stay within the building to dine than for him to painfully get in & out of our vehicle.

Great hotel and friendly staff who provided area recommendations upon check-in. Continental breakfast had so many options and everything was delicious. Everything was wonderful but one thing
I am disabled in a chair. Everything at the hotel was accessible except that the carpet was very difficult to roll a wheel chair on. I have encountered this numerous times in public but this carpet was exceptionally challenging. You may want to consider a starting point with the room designated as accessible.
