Communication is my complaint about this place. It was difficult to get a confirmation of how to access the property until 30 minutes before I absolutely needed it, and I have been asking for a business receipt for the extra tax several times without any reply. I booked this hotel for business reasons and had a very precise schedule I needed to adhere to and the poor communication caused extra stress. The property itself was well situated and very clean and quiet.

It was a nice room.. but not the one I expected from the pictures. So the only real reason I'm giving it less stars is because it was not the one in the pictures that I thought was being booked. Rooms on the room page should really be more clearly the one you end up with. It was clean and great AC though. And location was perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel in wonderful neighborhood in historic mansion. Location is fantastic- Trastavere with cobblestone, winding narrow streets and many cafes, restaurants, shops, historic churches and squares. Lively at night, delicious pasta and pizza, and gelato right outside the door. Walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Near Vatican also. Room quiet, large, clean. Front desk host helpful and nice, and made us delicious coffee upon arrival. Room with second bedroom upstairs, two baths, modern and spacious.

La habitación está en un piso adicional al tercer piso con mucha dificultad de acceso de la maletas grandes. El baño no tiene ventilación y la ducha (espacio para bañarse) es diminuta. Por lo que no hay comodidad.

We had the room with the loft for my daughter and it was just wonderful! Host was extremely responsive! Location was absolutely amazing! We walked everywhere! Such a fun and lively atmosphere! Will definitely stay again! Absolutely loved it!

A moça que fez o check in , não sabia explicar nada, aliás não sei qual idioma ela falava. Comprei hospedagem com café da manhã , no check in fui informado que não teria café manhã. Após verem o meu descontentamento me deram uns vouchers para tomar café num bar próximo à hospedagem, péssimo por sinal, só dava direito a um café e croissant, ou ovo mexido, nada mais. O calor estava extremo e o ar condicionado só baixava até 19 graus( que não dava conta do calor). Foi ok , mas não voltaria a me hospedar, não tem recepção, só uma funcionária que fica algumas horas do dia lá. A gerente Suzana foi bem gentil

The room we stayed in was lovely. However the logistics of actually getting in to the hotel was not clear and it looks like is not staffed but there was someone there to meet/greet you. The area is great for food options! There were a few frustrations with the room and that was the lights from the below corridor illuminated the bathroom and as there is a glass door to the bathroom to the room it was difficult to get a dark room for sleeping. Also the safety light under the bathroom door shon in your eyes all night. But overall it is a really lovely stay.
