We arrived and were provided a different room from what we booked and after several back nd forth, they apologised and agreed to change room next day which they did. Paid £61.01 as city tax for a family of 4 which I felt was fair for 7days. New 2bedroom suite had 2 old tv versions and wasn’t usable. Apartment was old and the furnitures were bad. The beds were terrible and the towels are old. The spa was old and the pool water not clean, many tiles under the pool were opened so we could not use it even though it was free after I tried swimming in it once. You are never sure if lunch is buffet or a course meal.

Il terzo letto era una semplice e scomoda brandina, ci hanno sistemato nell’hotel succursale che non era all’altezza del principale dove pensavo di aver prenotato. Ci tornerei? Probabilmente no. Solo la posizione era buona.

I booked through expedia for 6 nights with my family, we never book anything less than 4 stars since we Travel with children we would access more amenities, as we arrived we were told booked for only the hotel and if we want to use the swimming pool their is a fee of 10 euros per person as a family of four that totals to 40 euros a day and in 6 days that is an extra 240 euro for the period of our stay. we questioned about this and the only thing the reception could say is the mistake was done by expedia even though on their website they still advertise amenities on the premises and no mention at all on extra costs. we never book hotels without a swimming pool because my children love swimming and advertising this and charging extra to use is very misleading.While still at the reception we were told expedia did not pay for the city tax and we had to pay 2.50 euro per day per person towards the city taxi the total for our stay being 60 euros. Also they asked for 100 euros deposit but after I complained they reduced it to 50 euros. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had, the coffee was blunt, the sausage stale, often ran out of coffee ,water which is a basic requirement for a breakfast buffet. The first use of the swimming pool for which they forced us to pay was a terrible experience. Hotel non dà 4 stelle al massimo darei 3 stelle.Le camere con vari problemi,sia l’aria condizionata che per 2 giorni non ha funzionato e abbiamo dovuto chiedere un cambio di camera, sia nella tv che non si vede, con fili volanti sia per decoder che per l alimentazione. Il centro SPA da dimenticare, con acqua tiepida, e temperatura esterna troppo fredda, il tutto rende un ambiente poco confortevole per un’asta. Lettini vecchi, sporchissimi e danneggiati,con poca pulizia generale, intonaco pericolante su lettini e divani. Ascensore che si blocca in continuazione e si rimane dentro . Alcuni addetti sono cordiali alcuni no . Colazione veramente basica . Ristorante si mangia bene
