What is booking . They are not giving the room there. They send other hotel and after 3 Hours struggle finally we get the place to sleep. No Towels no washroom papers.

The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Not just bad—extremely bad . I sat waiting for the check-in for two hours . Despite being asked, they didn't provide even a single towel for the entire time I stayed there. Room service did not show up even once. No one helped when I arrived.

Generally, it wasn't good value for money though it was cheaper than other hotels during Ramadan season. Transportation from and to Haram was around the clock free of charge. Check in process took a bit of time to confirm my booking first of all then again waiting to prepare the room as it was not ready despite being at hotel after 1800. The Bed was not comfy and sheets were not clean. No housekeeping in all three nights despite asking for room cleaning and towels and been promised twice it will be sorted and at the end nothing has happened.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a confirmed booking and when arrived they said we are over booked. Extremely rude staff. Than there were others who were waiting there as well. Why would you take bookings and not honor them. We waited hours upon hours. They tried to force us to go to another hotel which was even worst. It’s when we called the local police they than forced them to give us a room. They were forced to give a room with more beds. We really didn’t need extra beds and etc. It’s always better to check reviews and etc before booking.

Good service. The hotel provide transport to Masjid Al Haram but sometimes come late and they don’t have early in the morning. But generally it is good. The reception is open 24 hours but language problem. They don’t speak English, almost they don’t otherwise they are helpsom.
