Check in process is very difficult! The listing says it it staffed after 3 or 4 pm but it is not! If we hadn't talked with someone staying there and used their phone to call the number for help, we would not have been able to check in. They were suppose to provide a door code for the apartment via email, we never got it. Also, you need a code to the outside door and again, we did not get it. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave and we could not get it to work. The room, bed and everything else was good. Close to bus stop and a couple of restaurants nearby and small convenience store.

Once you get past the self check-in, everything is nice, clean, and easy. To be fair the self check-in was easy as well, but new to me. Make sure to check your email for instructions. Would be nice if you can register on more than one phone for multiple guests. Plenty of parking across the street.

Room smelled nothing but cigarette smoke. Tried to have a shower, water would burn your skin then switch to ice cold instantly without touching any knobs or adjusting. Contacted property staff since there’s no one on site, 36 hours later got a reply saying nothing is wrong with the shower and that the cleaning person came in and said they couldn’t smell cigarette smoke. We asked for knew bedding at least, did not hear back on that. Tried to use the microwave, no touch buttons on the one side would work. We left a day early. Wouldn’t stay again

Room was not made (dirty bed sheets mess, dirty towels). As there is no reception, and phone number provided didn't work, took 2 hours to get a hold of somebody. As I only stayed for an overnight layover, it ruined my trip to Zurich. On the other hand, property was nice, bed was comfy and pillows were amazing. Short bus ride to the airport, and 3 stops using S7 train to city center.

El establecimiento no tiene personal, nadie te recibe ni te ayuda. Las toallas tenían vello púbico de otros clientes, hicimos una reclamación para que cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron. El suelo estaba sucio. El ascensor no funcionaba. Eramos 2 personas, estaba incluido el café de cortesía y sólo dejaron 3 capsulas en lugar de 6

No staff available for early check in and no option to leave the luggage if you arrive early to the city. No shower curtain what make the floor wet every time you shower. Also, shower tub is way too high. If you have difficulties walking this place is not for you. Otherwise the place is clean and quiet.
