We arrived feeling stressed after the drive to the hotel! The lovely young lady on the front desk welcomed us with a warm Smile and arranged for the bartender to bring us a drink outside so we could soak up the afternoon sun and relax. We were served a delicious aperol. The decor throughout the hotel is very tasteful even the corridors to the room. Clean white walls but a hint of original brickwork showing. Comfy beds, crisp white linen. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Everywhere was spotless. Great breakfast and amazing service. Lovely location just opposite the pretty pebbly beach and around the corner from the lovely streets full of restaurants, shops and wonderful architecture. Would definitely return.

From the staff (thanks to Luca for all of his sight seeing recommendations!) and the bartender for serving us our official wedding prosecco(we didn’t catch his name!) and the phenomenally perfect breakfasts to the unbelievable location we thank you so much! Am amazing and beautiful hotel with incredible staff (Lorenzo was fantastic). The hotel is in a perfect spot that is convenient and quiet. Breakfast was great and added feature of valet parking was also very helpful. Was our favorite place on our trip.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The location was ideal. Very close to shopping and restaurants but very quiet. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and the breakfast was perfect for a day of roaming around. We will stay here every time we visit Ortigia
