Superbe hôtel dans l'un des quartiers les plus animés de la ville. Proche de tout : transports, magasins, restaurants, bars, ... Les chambres sont très propres, le rooftop est idéal pour une fin de journée en douceur avec coucher de soleil et apéro. Par contre l'isolation sonore pourrait être meilleure (les fêtards de 4h du matin sont très bruyants dans les couloirs).

El hostel es fantástico y todo funciona muy bien. Yo tuve un pequeño problema porque en la app de Hoteles.com, mi reserva aparecía con desayuno incluido, pero en el registro del hostel dijeron que no. Intenté comunicarme con Hoteles.com, pero no resolvieron nada. Ni el hostel ni Hoteles.com me dieron una respuesta, al final perdí mi tiempo intentando resolver este asunto.

Quarto limpo, silencioso. Ambiente não dispõe de cozinha para uso comunitário, mas possui um ótimo restaurante para pedidos. Equipe do hotel é excelente, principalmente o atendimento do Ádam no bar. Ótima localização.

Imre was behind the desk when I arrived and also when I left. He was kind, listened and answered all questions, was very helpful and went out of his way to make my stay as good as it could be. The bed was firm but comfortable, the curtains were very thick (blackout, I think), the walls had fun artwork and the facilities were modern and tasteful. Lastly the bed was affordable and the location is very close to the M2, so I could arrive at the main station in 20 or so minutes. overal a really nice hostel. I recommend it :)

The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. I had a terrible travel day, but they welcomed me in with sympathy. I thought the hostel bedrooms were good for privacy and they even had a good breakfast selection! Definitely will come back

This was my fourth stay at a JO&JOE (Paris, Vienna, Rome, and now Budapest). The rooms are spotless and everything is perfectly organised. The only downside of this trip was being assigned to a room with someone who appeared to have medical breathing difficulties. It was practically impossible to sleep throughout the night because of the snoring and the episodes when the person seemed to struggle to breathe. I didn't bring this to the attention of the reception staff because I understand that this is part of staying in a hostel and that these things can happen. However, I didn't feel comfortable asking to change rooms, as I was worried about potentially causing embarrassment. I hope to return to Budapest one day, stay with you again, and perhaps have a little more luck with my roommates next time! Thank you!
