This is a great newly built, very clean, conveniently located hotel in the heart of a beautiful route 66 town – Williams Arizona. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beddings were very comfortable. Restaurant right on the property… Serving breakfast and dinner. The staff had check-in were very, very helpful and accommodating. This looks like one of your best choices for staying in this gray town before you take the railroad to the Grand Canyon:)

Room was great (although beds are oddly low). Close to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t use much of the amenities as it was a quick visit but if we had more time we would have enjoyed the pool, fire pit and free bikes!

Williams is a super cute town- in which the Trailborn is where to stay! Awesome vibes from the staff and the accommodations. The included breakfast was great with Gigi making this a very memorable morning :) Comfy beds, nice towels. Only wish they had an indoor option for the hot tub since we were traveling in Feb :) Highly recommend.

Overall, it was a good stay. One area that could be improved is the breakfast organization, as the wait times were a bit long. Since their waffles are pretty awesome and clearly popular, better planning around the breakfast service could help avoid the longer lines and make the experience even better.

The rooms were nice and clean. The facility is pretty neat, the staff was absolutely awful. People waited for over an hour in line 2 different days and worse kindly talking to the staff and the staff was so disrespectful to the people I would never stay or recommend this place.

It was very convenient having a restaurant on the hotel property, they were out of a lot of dishes and they close too early but the food was good. There’s a bar on the property but it closes the same time as the restaurant. Property and staff was all very nice. Everything is pretty much within walking distance.

Location, staff, amenities! Very kid friendly and if you do go to the canyon coaster park it is literally a few minutes bend right next to it (and no this isn’t noisy)
