Rent rum.

You pay for the location You are paying for the location; the room is literally a stone's throw from the Old Town. The room itself was clean, albeit a bit worn, with water damage on the ceiling and walls. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. There was a small kitchen area with a hodgepodge of utensils of varying quality, suitable for preparing a very simple meal. Good instructions from the host regarding check-in and check-out. The tourist tax had to be paid directly at the property; it would have been better and more convenient if this had been handled at the time of booking. It was the location that made it a ok place to stay for a couple of days

It's listed as suite but it's a very small room with a tiny fridge location is excellent it has a bath tub which is hard to get in and out if you are old , you can not have a quick shower. It has a iron but you have to share between 3 rooms we did we did not see it for 2 days we had to go out for dinner on my birthday in creased cloths.

This apartment made our stay in Dubrovnik very enjoyable! The location was great and close to everything we needed near the Old Town. The check-in process was digital and easy to navigate. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. We would have liked to see a couch / additional seating near the tv, but it did not significantly affect our stay. Would definitely recommend!
Comfort Double Room, City View bedroom
The view walking from the street to the apartment
Ploce Gate entrance just steps away from the apartment
Comfort Double Room, City View stairs and hallway

Minimale Einrichtung. Leider überall kleine Ameisen ....hatte Insektenspray ..also kein neues Phänomän. Kommunikation klar und deutlich für den Selfcheckin.
