I found the service to be poor and the staff significantly undertrained. Specifically, I encountered cockroaches in the restaurant area, and when I brought this to the attention of your staff, they walked away without a word. Additionally, the shower door in my bathroom was broken.
The level of service provided does not reflect the price paid. I strongly suggest that the hotel invests in proper staff training and property maintenance to address these hygiene and facility issues.
