Primeiro que as fotos do quarto que escolhi são bem diferentes do quarto que fiquei, o quarto tinha um cheiro horrível e no segundo dia mesmo eu tendo sinalizado que queria arrumação não teve. O banheiro vazava água do chuveiro e inundava o banheiro. O café da manhã péssimo, as loucas mal lavadas, sempre faltando alguma coisa e as coisas que tinham eram ruins, pães velhos, frutas verdes, leite pura água e etc. Fora isso os controles ar e TV sem pilha é informações diferentes da reserva. A piscina podre de sujeira é gordura. Não recomendo.

Primeiro quarto que entramos tinha um mal cheiro de mofo terrível, reclamamos e na msm hora foi trocado o quarto, porém a estrutura não aparenta ter manutenções. Embaixo da cama por exemplo estava no cimento.

O quarto não tem um bom isolamento acústico. Muito trânsito do lado de fora. Check-in lento. Quarto com gambiarra no ar condicionado. O controle do ar não desliga o display, instalaram um controle universal. O quarto fica muito claro. As cortinas blackout não fecham. O banheiro não tem secador de cabelo. Não tem telefone no quarto.

A estadia foi boa, porém os quartos são muito pequenos. O café da manhã tinha bastante variedade, bem servido.
Em contra partida, tivemos que pagar estacionamento privado do próprio hotel, e o mesmo não possuía cobertura.
Também deveria ter um sensor de placa, pq sempre demorava para reconhecer a placa de que iria entrar para o estacionamento.

A propaganda das imágens do hotel é muito enganosa, por exemplo: se coloca uma foto da escada para descer na praia, não faz parte da propriedade, mas em nossa busca pelo melhor hotel a gente imagina que o hotel é beira mar, fora isso o café da manhã apesar de ter variedades as comidas são sem gosto, feita com materiais de 2ª categoria, agora a área da recepção eles capricharam, os corredores que levam aos quartos parecem um motel, a área da piscina sim faz jus as fotos e mostra uma outra face do que o hotel quis mostrar nas imagéns, as toalhas são de pessíma qualidade, são comparadas a pano de chão, tive que usar minhas próprias toalhas, mas a limpeza é bem feita e caprichada, temos também algo que facilita a vida de um turista, uma lavanderia selfie service na área do hotel.
