Excellent deal! Clean, quiet, quaint and all the little details thought about. I was in room 6, which does involve sharing a bathroom, but it was always available when I needed. This was also made very clear during the time of booking

It's a tiny black door off the main road, surrounded by foliage to disguise it, took me a while to find it! The apartment was clean and tidy with little extras like a bath with soaps etc and tea and coffee with biscuits. No TV & no fridge, but I didnt check the amenities list so my issue not the properties. Was quiet and easy walk to Camden Town. It was comfy, welcoming and more than suitable.

Beautiful house in a central location, 10 minute walk to Camden centre and underground station, 20 minute walk to our gig in Kentish Town. Great area to walk around in, so much stunning architecture to look at! Quiet, we didn’t hear (other than the odd door opening and closing) or see any other guests in the house, really good use of space on the top floor with bath/shower/toilet in the eaves. The room was stylish and felt comfortable, nice safe vibes in this house. ✌️ We enjoyed being greeted by the cats when we returned back from our days out. Would defo stay again. The WiFi didn’t work but the 5G is amazing in London so this didn’t effect our stay at all. Thanks so much for having us in your gorgeous house.

great location, everything good. the only thing to make note of is: its a shared toilet and bathroom that i didn't pick up on at time of booking. My fault i booked in a rush if would have had on-suite, this would have been perfect.

A lovely stay, nice, clean and airy rooms with fans provided to help with the heat. As someone with coeliac, I really appreciated the gluten free biscuits that seem to be a standard offer! We were attending a concert at Finsbury Park, and the bus stop directly outside the property was perfect for getting us directly there. Alexis was really helpful with accommodating our early check in and resolved any minor problems straight away. Bonus points for the incredible customer service from the 2 cat managers - we were politely greeted when we arrived and they even made sure we checked out okay the next morning🐈‍⬛ We’ll definitely be back!

Such a lovely place. The beautiful little garden was lit up with candles, and it is just such a nice vibe in this house with its chandelier’s and Oli is such a passionate host. Room 101 is just amazing!

Where's the hot water

Can't fault my stay except for one thing - there was no hot water in the morning on the first day, so no shower for me that morning. On the plus side, the owner did come to my rescue, but i had to come back to have my shower later. On the second day, there was hot water a plenty.

The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small.

Great guest house

Our room was a double but with a shared bathroom. The ‘shared’ bit wasn’t clear on booking otherwise I’d have avoided it. They did offer to cancel but my booking was non refundable so we stayed. We walked from the station at King’s Cross, 45 mins so not far. Uber £7 in the morning to KC. Our room was very nice, comfortable. There’s a small patio garden area which in the nice weather will be amazing. The bathroom we only used for the toilet as we’re on our way home. Would I stay again? Yes but in an en suite room.

I didnt look when i booked. So we had to share a bathroom with 2 other rooms. So speed and timing were essential. I read a comment on the ratings of a cold room. There is aknob on the radiator that stops this problem. I do however ferl that maybe the radiator could have been on when we arrived, the room was freezing. I found the whole experience very impersonal, nobody greets you. It seems they clean the rooms and thats it.

Lovely stay at Central Victorian House 101. Key locks and code brilliant idea, no pressure on arrival time. We walked past the entrance numerous times and didn't see it, but to be fair it was dark.
