Sehr gut gelegen , Shop gleich daneben ca 400 m Vaporetto Haltestelle . Aussicht auf einen Kanal wirklich sehr angenehm. Leider gab es keine Teller , Töpfe oder Pfannen in der gemeinsamen Küche . Für mich wirklich sehr schade die Küche ist für mich immer sehr wichtig.

The communication between the host started off well. When I entered the room, seemed clean and had a fresh scent. As I settled in, I noticed there was black mould above the shower and dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. I immediately informed the host. They responded quickly initially. I stated that I was not happy that I would like another room or accommodate me in another day. They sent the maintenance man over, he sprayed something on the mould and told me to leave the window open to help air it out. I then messaged the host asking that was it? I hears nothing after that. I was not impressed. The fumes were so strong I couldn't stay in the room. Not what I wanted after a long flight. This definitely ruined this leg of my trip.

Everything was good, but only one thing I don’t like. The property don’t have his own garbage can and we should take every morning our trash and walk around to find a city garbage can, which is not close and it’s absolutely not comfortable to walk with that. Everything else is good. Also main kitchen don’t have plates.

Cold room without extra blankets. Multiple messages that were outside of Expedia and required links and additional payments. Check in after 3 pm and check out before 10 am - must deposit any trash between 6:30 am and 8:30 am or risk a fine. Generally an unfriendly experience.

Buena opción, si viaja solo y no quieres escándalo

La estancia es linda con una cama decente. Es algo pequeña pero tiene vista al canal. El baño es maravilloso y la regadera Super sabrosa. En el aire funciona y tiene lo necesario. Mi mayor carencia fue que no existe Wi-Fi, y la verdad eso me afectó porque no pude revisar cosas del viaje o subir fotos para compartir con mi familia. El mayor punto de fricción fue la llegada ya que hay que ingresar un código y luego otro diferente para sacar las llaves. Pero el mensaje me lo mandaron mientras yo estaba volando. Así que me costó encontrar esa información.

A fab stay, great location, would recommend!

Got back yesterday after a 3 night stay, great location, right near the water front, a short walk to St Marks square and a little supermarket just over the bridge. It was a little bit tricky to find first time, but that’s expected in Venice, lots of little streets and alleyways! The accommodation had everything we needed, the room was spotless as was the private bathroom. The beds are definitely on the firmer side, but after a full day walking and sightseeing you’re just ready to crash and we slept fine. One tip I would offer is to remove any rubbish you accumulate daily. We filled a carrier bag up and had extra empty water bottles to remove on the last day, but found it a bit tricky to find a bin close by as we left at 3.45am. We ended up carrying that plus our baggage to the waterfront bin. In hindsight we would have taken it to a bin the night before or daily. But that was our error. Communication from the host couldn’t be faulted, I’m sure if we’d had any problems we could have messaged, however we had no problems and enjoyed our stay very much, would recommend! A. Glen :)
