Great location, fantastic roof pool area, great welcome drinks. Decor is eclectic, hotel spans two old colonial buildings. Staff was very kind. Cute candies and a poem every night for turn down service.

Casa Lola is beautiful, I highly recommend it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I absolutely love their piña coladas. Would definitely stay there again.

A Unique Gem with Outstanding Service!

I stayed here for four days and absolutely loved the experience. The property itself is unique and eclectic—unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before. It’s in a prime location, close to everything, and having a restaurant on-site was a huge plus. The food was delicious and convenient after long days of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Huge shoutout to Luis, Harold, Christian, and Jailer. From carrying my bags, helping with transportation, resolving taxi issues, to sharing thoughtful local recommendations—their kindness and attention to detail were unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cartagena!

The minute i walked into the hotel, i knew it was going to be a wonderful experience. Yaudis was at the desk and she went above and beyond explaining everything i needed to know about the property. She was always there to answer questions, get a taxi, extend my stay. Yaudis made my stay at casa lola the best experience

This hotel is a little hidden gem in the Getsemani area of the walled city. Definitely something to consider if you want a unique experience away from the cookie cutter high capacity hotels. The rooms are all unique and I appreciate the design and feel. If there's a specific room design you want from the pictures, I guess it would be good to try requesting it ahead of time. Ours was in a bit of a noisy area between the two eating areas but things quiet down and it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep. My only complaint was that there was a window next to the stairs up to the pool with a semi transparent curtain - not sure how much privacy we had there depending on the lighting conditions. The rooftop pool area has several semi private sections to hang out in. I didn't even notice the different areas the first time dropping in. The hotel restaurant was good and the overall environment was great to hang out in. The main front staff was friendly and were able to speak with us in English.

Après un check in difficile et une premiére nuit très bruyante, la directiona été à l'écoute et nous a relogé dans une chambre beaucoup plus agréable pour les 3 nuits restantes.L'hotel est aucoeur du quartier Getsemani, très bien situé.
