Do not stay in this place
There was no hot water in the shower, the owner came and showed me hot water in room next door, but our room none. I asked please give us that room, he said in the morning. Next day we went out, and returned about 12pm and the owner said no other room. The room was good he said, he said give heater time to heat water. We ran the water for about 10 minutes. I left the hotel and went somewhere else. I have been using this service for years and I want to be treated with respect. This hotel should not be part of Hotels.com list because of poor customer service. All he wanted was more money. You get what you pay for, I was told, but these are basics you need, especially in the middle of winter. I've many other hotels that accommodate me with no problem. The pictures I share show an empty hotel, and room #2 next to mine had really hot water and the owner did not give it to us.

Strange experience with front desk man
Upon my arrival at check in, the man at the front desk demanded for me to pay him 20$ for the room key. I couldn’t understand what he was saying because of broken English but he never stated the reason for it. I paid him anyway because I was afraid he would deny me the room. Nothing of this was mentioned in the listing otherwise I would have never booked this place. The room was poor quality and had an oder that lingered throughout my stay. There was stains on the walls, the lamp was broken, and the shower water pressure was extremely high. On the day of checking out of the hotel, ten o clock was the official time to be checked out, around 9:40 the man at the desk came to my door demanding to “hurrry and leave” even though I was already packing and loading my vehicle for check out. This upset me because he barged in my room looking around and proceeded to ask me questions about my stay. I was not in the mood to converse with the man and I told him I still have 20 more minutes till check out. He then stood and watched me until I had finally left the premises. This man had made me very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless of the low price.

I logged off of work and super tired so I went to bed to lay down and I was bit by bed bugs within TWO MINUTES of laying on the bed. Bite marks, rash, allergic reaction, obvious ones, and owner still denies seeing any bit marks. Ridiculous

The staff was very shady. My experience started with the front desk telling me they needed $100 cash for a key deposit. I told him I don't carry much cash and said so only had $10. He took that. Got the room and I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The bed was made and that's about all that was done. The bathroom had towels but everything was not clean and the toilet still had streaks from the last guest. It's in a neighborhood surrounded by annoil refinery. This place is good for solo travelers that are used to substandard accommodations. Stay away if you want to feel safe.

I would not recommend this motel. To begin with I made a reservation and paid through Expedia and when checking in the manager was having a difficult time with the fact that I paid through Expedia. He told me not to pay through Expedia but to pay them directly. The room did not have a microwave and the refrigerator kept freezing my food. Plus there were cockroaches. I had to extend my stay twice and each time they charged me a $10 deposit for key, which came out to $30. When I checked out the manager only gave me $10 and denied he had charged me the two times! Expedia should not advertise this property!
