Hermosa playa. Personal excelente y atento. Comida riquisima. Pero es un hotel en el medio de la isla que luego de las 5 pm queda vacío… estabamos solos y no puedes salir a ningún lado. Si buscas desconexión y aislarte un poco en la playa, esta muy bien.

Some days No water, no cable, really small rooms you can see through the wood on the floor people downstairs No hot water, really small shower you have to be skinny. Really disappointing however the scenery was nice. Be careful with vendors and ladies offering massages and guys offering oysters. Even if you kindly decline they will continue harassing you. Recommended only to go for a day.

Excelente opción, buenas amenidades, rico desayuno. Hacen gran esfuerzo por mantener limpia su playa aunque los locales ensucian a un lado y les afecta. La llegada es difícil, no entra vehículo, debe caminarse, pero eso le toca a la comuna mejorar infraestructura. Pero la propiedad y el lugar es un paraíso con gran potencial miy recomendable.

Our room and our balcony was infested with ants I got bit the entire time we never ended up completing our stay. We tried to leave the same day however they would not help us arrange transportation and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere we ended up arranging our own transportation the next day to another hotel sure enough I have photos of all the bug infestation and bites on my body I tried to speak to the hotel manager to get a refund he wouldn't even speak with us I actually saw him on the property and he instructed the stuff to tell us he was not there. Overall just disappointing.

perfect for a swimmer, isolated and peaceful

This hotel is located at the far end of the beach, there is not a sandy beach in front, the building is right on the water and has lounge beds to relax with a book and enjoy in the shade. I loved their cocktails the rooms have AC, and are clean, the TV and Wifi did not work during our stay, but that was not a big deal. the food was amazing, best seafood cazuela I’ve had in years! and the staff was great too! this is a place to relax far from the party area. I liked how this hotel is isolated from the rest of playa blanca. it is a great place to swim!

The property is very clean the staff is extremely helpful. The food served in the property is 5 stars. Some of the best food I’ve ate in Cartagena. The only downside was that the ocean tide was high and there was no beach area in front of the property.. I would recommend traveling there March -October to have a good beachfront! We just walked about 500 mtrs north for nice calm beach

Personal genial acceso fatal.

Podria resumir que el servicio por parte del personal eta excelente, las instalaciones buenas, limpieza muy bien comida muy bien. Solo el acceso al hotel fatal, no se puede llecar a una persona en silla de ruedas, ni tampoco niños en carrito, el WIFI nunca funcionó el dueño jamas me dio las claves correctas aun diciendole que tenia que trabajar. Aun le falta mucho para ser un hotel que se recomiende. RECOMENDABLE VAYAS DE DIA YA QUE NO HAY LUZ EN LOS ALREDEDORES

Easy the worst hotel experience ever. $182 a night for a room with no windows? In the entrance of the room a running generator going like a truck at full speed? They gave us a small room with windows and with the plastic curtain glued to the glass doors. Linens and pillows out of plastic. Tiniest bathroom from the cheapest materials, ceiling fan with no blades, and of course no refund for the "downgrade" from superior no window room. There is no beach just the pinkest rocks. Doors to outside locked at night. If you still go there it your own fault. Shame on Expedia to promote this disaster of a hotel!

Todo el personal fue super amable, la comida estaba deliciosa! la limpieza muy bien (mi cama y mi cuarto olian a limpio), la playa super linda. Pero, la tv de mi cuarto no funcionaba (y nos enteramos de que en otras habitaciones tampoco funcionaba), lo unico que realmente no me gusto es que no te avisan que el camino para llegar es muy feo. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, si llegas en coche tendras que dejarlo en un estacionamiento que no es del hotel y hay que pagar por su uso y esta como a 10 minutos caminando por terraceria. para pensar si llevas equipaje pesado, aun que el personal del hotel nos ayudo a cargar la maleta siempre, a mi me hubiera gustado saber estas cosas antes de ir, para viajar mas ligera de equipaje o solo para estar informada.
