Best thing about the resort was guest services, they have your back, shout out to Mariana! She approached us to ask us about our stay and when we said we were disappointed at the steak house and the Brazilian service, she made some calls and the service excelled! I left my headphones in my room at check out and she got them back for me and sent on her day off to my friend that lives in the DR, so they could get to me, above and beyond! We will come back because of her service!
Best a la carte is the Japanese, great food and a show, loved it! Thank you Frenchy! . Our room was a family suite in building 36 and it was the perfect location for the lobby and the beach/pool. The cleaning staff took good care of us everyday (we tipped each day). This resort makes sure you have large bottles of water (3 each day). The beach is stunning, white sand and clear beautiful water. You can snorkel right off the beach by the rocks and you will see schools of fish, amazing! You had to get up early to get chairs around the pool and at the beach.
The drinks were good and cold! The bar staff very friendly, remember to tip, they really appreciate it!
The buffets, first of all I never go to an all inclusive for the fine dining, its just not a thing. The food was ok. Service was slow.
Waterpark was great, kids and adults had a blast! Need more seating at the park. Shuttle drivers to the park were great, tip them too!
