Room- Good. Generally clean, BUT you can tell that they don’t clean on certain areas, such as the ceiling fans and under the bed ( we saw items from previous tourists under the bed!) ceiling fans are very dirty.
Buffet Service- Slow. Tables and chairs are often dirty when you seat down. You often have to ask for things that should have been there already. Spoons, coffee cups, cutlery…etc. No staff stood out for us, we tipped accordingly.
Food- Buffet- Good, some choices are better than others and I noticed some items are very dry. I should mention that some food is cold! Some are left without heat, so it gets cold fast!
Food- A la carte restaurants- Excellent! We specifically loved the Italian and French! Service was also great! Don’t skip on booking the restaurants!
Pool- Good. We enjoyed it. The lounge chairs are dirty. Full of bird poop, you can tell that they don’t clean it.
Beach- Great! We loved hanging out by the beach. The beach chairs though are dated, some are broken and loose.
Bars- Generally Slow. Long line up, specially by the Pool, big bar by the beach, and the Lobby bar.
Spa- Great service! Outdated facility.
Gym- Great! Enough for a good workout!
Grounds and Maintenance- Excellent! Our toilet clogged and maintenance came fast to fix it!
The Gardens are beautiful!
Concierge- Great! Fast and helpful. We

Also-David from Expedia. He was very helpful.
Bathrooms-are a bit dirty, a lot of the time clogged!
