Unfortunately, I cannot honestly leave a 10-star review, as our experience in the Orion apartment was disappointing.
When we arrived, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Customer support responded quickly and sent a cleaner, who worked hard and did his best. My criticism is not directed at him, but at the apartment’s overall condition, which required far more than one person could resolve in about an hour.
We found insects, food leftovers, and a large amount of hair on the outdoor sofa, as well as hair in the shower and other cleanliness issues. The jacuzzi was not working and was still filled with dirty water left by previous guests, so we did not feel comfortable using it. The main showerhead was also broken, leaving only the handheld shower usable.
The apartment is advertised for four guests, but it is much smaller than the photos suggest and not comfortable for four people. Although marketed as “Luxury,” its actual condition does not match that standard.
On the positive side, the WhatsApp support was excellent, the cleaner made a genuine effort, the beds were comfortable, the automatic curtains were a nice feature, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the 37°C heat.
The apartment has potential, but it needs a thorough deep cleaning, maintenance, and repairs before welcoming future guests.
