The apartment was easy to find, simple and clear instructions, great pre-entry communication.
It's one of the rental apartments in what looks like a very new building.
Apartment is very modern and nicely decorated, AC and TV in every room.
Cafe & restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Metro station.
When we came in everything was perfect - nice, clean and tidy, except in one of the rooms the blinds did not work so we could not open or close these. We messaged the property right away to advise - Christine was very prompt, replied very quickly & assured us someone will come over to fix these next day. And they indeed came in, however what looked like a simple thing turned out to a very messy one, they had to take the whole system down, drill, knock and do some other work, so when we came in the whole room was a mess. We notified Christine right away and asked for the cleaning. From this moment she disappeared - generic response message stating she is currently unavailable, asking to reach out via platform (where her phone number was the only option). So when we came back that night the cleaners didn't clean anything - all the bedding, floor, headboard, our personal clothing & items were covered in a heavy layer of dust. 3 of us could not sleep that night (no bed, no bedding, pillows, fully dusty room), which basically ruined our next day booked trip, plus we had to call/text other Reps to resolve the issue during the day to ensure we come to cleaned place. Very disappointing
