Hotel and room was nice however the area right outside with the park was a bit unsafe especially at night

This is basically student accommodation/hostel and is barely suitable for two adults. In fact, the towels provided were only for one person. The bed is a queen sized and the mattress was pointless. No aircon and you can open the window but only very slightly. Location was good for Guinness tour and about 20 minute walk to city centre. Taxis are a must at night as the local users seem to like hanging around in the park opposite. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers or women.

This property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was excellent for public transit, airport express and hop on hop off. There is a grocery store nearby and kitchens are well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. Would be great for a family stay with teenagers and place has great security measures in place.

The reason I give this property 5 stars is because if the staff…Keva (sp) was amazing, we were 2 senior ladies and she could not have taken better care of us. She is helpful, kind, patient, funny and just the sweetest young lady. The rest of the staff, unfortunately I don’t have names we’re all very nice. The low rating in communication was more with Expedia.com I believe, not communicating our requests to the Hub. We tried for 2 weeks to add a day at the beginning and end of our booking and it was never addressed as far as we were told . The location of Binary Hub is good for walking to anywhere downtown, its student dorms so the rooms were small but clean and adequate for what we needed. Large kitchen area and large comfortable common room.

Located a block away from the Guiness Storehouse (tours, gift shop, etc), this place offers safe and clean lodging for a reasonable price. Easy walk to the train station or bus stop, and great for self-guided walking tours. You must arrange for your own parking during the hours of 7 am - 7 pm.

Room was conformed to description but was lacking attention. The shower was not clean enough (some hair found) and we were missing shower gel and a pillow case. Common are at our floor was ok but not extra clean neither. Good option for small budget with central location.

We had a great stay at the Binary Hub. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many of Dublin’s attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we had a question. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we would definitely stay here again.

Good price for Dublin and decent location. Very friendly and helpful staff! Room very basic as expected but swelteringly hot and pretty much impossible to ventilate.

The location was very convenient—close to downtown yet situated on a quiet street that made the stay feel calm and relaxed. I appreciated having food options nearby, along with several convenience shops that made it easy to grab anything I needed. The overall experience felt practical and accessible, with everything within reach, making it a comfortable place to stay.

We had a great stay. My only complaint is I wish it had air conditioning. That would have made the stay so much better. They did give is a fan to help combat the heat which helped. Would stay again in the spring or fall time.

8/10 Very good

Check-in was easy, building and room secure and as advertised. Kitchen with fridge etc but need to take all own supplies even coffee/sugar. Very hot when we were there and no fan. Floor and bathroom a bit dirty. Area not the nicest BUT good budget accommodation if looking for a cheap base for a few nights

Really a nice place - easy to get to everything central. Room was clean. It was around 30 degrees outside though and there is no ventilation and a very tiny window. The room was the warmest i have ever slept in. There was no bin in the room which was kind of an essential i dont understand there not being. There was only one proper towel even though we were 2 people. Easy check in and out. Fine for a stay if you like us are out and about all the time, but it seriously needed ventilation or a fan to provide a better nights sleep.

2/10 Poor

Room is boiling hot, lift was out of order, no rubbish bin in the room, you are provided with only one small towel. No sound isolation at all, birds were screaming all night and the neighborhood was very noise till 3am. You are basically on your own.

6/10 Good

Was clean & secure with a seamless check in, but somewhat misleading. Is typically student housing that is turned over in the summer for short-term rentals. Room had a bed, desk, storage. There were two of us that shared a double bed. Was a “cozy” night in a little bed. When searching for a room we selected A/C as a search parameter and this listing popped up. When we arrived we noticed it was fan in the room, no AC, so we required our window open overnight which was quite loud with outdoor activities well past midnight. The shower was plugged so was only able to take a shower in short bursts in order for it to drain in between soaping and rinsing. Was also disappointed that towels were only provided for one person. This was discovered late at night and we have a very early departure, so one used a towel to dry off the other used a hand towel. Staff were friendly and receptive but communication through the app was quite delayed. They had a whatsapp number for quicker response. Was safe and secure but all at the cost of comfort.
