Our rooms were clean and our beds comfortable. The place needs a bit of TLC but for the price, it is an excellent option for a clean and safe stay.

Older hotel that has been updated. The room was clean and the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. Little bit of a sketchy neighborhood but I never felt unsafe.

This is a no frills place. It is very outdated, but it was clean. The beds were comfortable which was all we were looking for. The staff were friendly and some of the rooms are occupied by permanent residents who were also helpful and friendly. If you are just looking for a comfortable bed, this is a good place to stay.

Wonderful staff. Check in was smooth and they were very helpful. It's an older motel but the walls are painted, the furniture is new and the bathroom and appliances are updated. The air conditioner worked so well I could have kept milk out all night without worrying. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

For an older motel the room itself was clean, but could use updating, dents in walls, flooring was old. But what one would expect for a motel. Pricey for what you get, but I think everything in duncan would be similar
