Bezaubernd!!Top!! Eine der besten Unterkünfte, in denen wir übernachtet haben. Sauber, neu, mit toller Ausstattung. Die Frau die zuständig für die Sauberkeit ist, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Der Blick vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Nur zu empfehlen. Auf Wiedersehen, Yermas Suites.

Yerma Suites were great at communicating from the moment we booked. Check in was seamless and welcoming from Kyria Sofia (who was also great with our children giving them cookies and water after the drive). The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view is unbeatable. It’s a short walk to Limeni town where there are delicious restaurants and some incredible swimming spots. There aren’t really any mini markets walkable however so plan accordingly to have waters and things in your room if you needed. It was a non issue for us since Aeropolis is also so close and is a great location for an evening out. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

I will honestly want a partial refund for this back if not a full refund when booking the room I assume that was getting a nice full size balcony which I didn't get that was lights inside the apartment that will Flicker and will not working correctly there was this huge green light right in the bedroom that we had to cover just so we can sleep at night this was a hard work experience

Un seul mot… PARFAIT

Quel établissement !! Chambre décoré avec goût et bien aménagée. Superbe vue sur la mer et son couché de soleil. Lit confortable. Tranquillité au rendez-vous. Que dire de plus. Responsable disponible via messagerie et répond très rapidement. Le seul point négatif est que nous soyons obligé de partir de cet endroit. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.

A great stay to remember!!!

The room was more than amazing! The view was great and the room was more than spectacular! All the rooms were very new and offered a cozy feeling to the guests. Close to Limeni and Neo Oitylo you could have everything you need. Also close to some of the best beaches in the area. Definitely recommend to visit if you are a couple, family or if you are traveling solo and want to experience the magnificent Mani. Definitely will revisit!!! Huge thank you to the owners for the amazing room and welcoming they offered us!

The view was beautiful!! The property was clean and looked like the picture. We were definitely in the smallest room which looked different than online. Our biggest issue was the power going out from time to time , NO HOT WATER at all and trying to reach someone for any reason was impossible . All emails/ text seemed auto generated and no communication from the property made it difficult to communicate. Don't think I would return...

Θεωρώ πως το κατάλυμα ενώ έχει όλα τα φόντα για να είναι εξαιρετικό, υπολειτουργεί σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Εξηγούμαι: 1) το γεγονός ότι πρέπει να περάσεις από όλα τα δωμάτια για να πας στον επάνω όροφο, από μόνο του είναι περίεργο καθώς είναι σα να κάνεις περατζάδα στη διακριτικότητα του άλλου. 2) ο χώρος του πάρκινγκ είναι όλος λάθος. Έχουν προσπαθήσει να βγάλουν 8+1 EV θέσεις, συν 1.5 θέση για χώρο πρόσβασης στο κατάλυμα και έχουν κάνει τόσο στενές τις θέσεις που πρακτικά δε χωράς ούτε να παρκάρεις, ούτε να κάνεις μανούβρες. 3) Φορτιστής EV. Ο φορτιστής είναι δηλωμένος 22KW. Καθώς έχω ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο το έβαλα να φορτίσει και η μέγιστη ταχύτητα που έπαιρνα είναι 2KW. Για να σας δώσω μια τάξη μεγέθους, αν εξαρτώμουν από τον φορτιστή για ταξίδι, ενώ κατά δήλωση θα έπρεπε σε 4 ώρες να έχω γεμίσει, πρακτικά χρειάζομαι περίπου 30ώρες για να γεμίσω. Επίσης, τη δεύτερη ημέρα ο φορτιστής ήταν μη διαθέσιμος, και ενώ επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία διαχείρισης δεν έγινε απολύτως τίποτα. 4) καθαριότητα. Το μπάνιο είχε τρίχες στο νιπτήρα που οκ, μπορεί να γίνει. Το ότι σε κατάλυμα αυτού του βεληνεκούς έχουν shampo/body shower all in one και όχι conditioner/body milk, είναι απαράδεκτο από μόνο του. Το ότι τα shampoo είναι όμως σε θήκη σκουριασμένη, είναι επίσης απαράδεκτο. Τέλος, στο μπάνιο υπάρχουν μερμήγκια. Οχι 1-2, ολόκληρη αποικία. Επίσης, το pinpad που είναι εξωτερικά της πόρτας έχει πιάσει μούχλα μέχρι και στην ψυχή του.

Gorgeous views and clean spacious room with coffee, tea, fridge and toast press. However the communication at check in was terrible, the instructions for the key not clear, we luckily found other guests who knew where the key was, and we were able to help the next people who were equally baffled. Also there was no WiFi password or instructions where to leave the key at checkout. The other very bad thing was the shower. It took 30 minutes of running the water to get hot water and it is NOT a shower but a hand held sprayer that attaches to the wall at hip height. There is no curtain so the entire bathroom floods. Finally, the bed had only one side with a reading light and table so one person couldn’t put their phone or water next to them. The price was very good but it would be hard to recommend to an American traveler .

Convenient Location,Modern But Cleanliness lacks

The location is very convenient, and the room was nice, modern, and newly built. However, the cleanliness was inadequate, which was a bit disappointing. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00, which felt a bit late and early, respectively. The owner was very polite. While all rooms offer a sea view, some lack a private balcony or external sitting area, only providing access to a common one. Overall, it offers good value for the 100-130€ price range but might not be worth it at a higher price.
