Regarding Room Service: 1. No one answers the phone, so I was forced to order through my television. As a result, preferences and important dietary considerations cannot be discussed. 2. Told it ends at 9:30pm, 9:45pm, 10pm and 10:30pm. Which is it? 3. They forgot multiple food items, then refused to bring them afterwards. One of the items was a Sprite, which was readily available from several open bars within the hotel. 4. Their employee lied, pretending that Gratuity is not included so that she would be tipped more. 5. Food did not come on an nice room-service table as usual (with glasses, utensils, condiments, etc), but instead it came in take-out food boxes. Was this Uber Eats or the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?
