I took a chance when I found this on Expedia and it exceeded my expectations. Our one night was comfortable, Marc was helpful and kind, and location perfect. I would highly recommend. It truly is a ‘hidden treasure’.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit au Gîte Le Trésor Caché avec ma fille, puisque j’avais une course très tôt le samedi matin, mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre court séjour. Excellent accueil de Marc, autant lors de mon appel la veille que lors de notre arrivée. Très jovial, chaleureux et attentif à nos besoins. Il a même gentiment invité ma fille à profiter du déjeuner, même si je devais partir trop tôt pour pouvoir y être. Une belle expérience et un accueil qui fait toute la différence. Je recommande fortement!

Absolument Première Classe. Maison super confortable, bien située mi-chemin entre Wakefield et Chelsea. La maison est superbement décorée avec articles, photos, mementos des voyages de l'hôte, qui est un vrai trésor lui-même; il connait parfaitement sa région et offre multiples recommendations sur les activités, restaurants, etc. de l'environ. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipées et on y dort tranquille; le matin, l'hôte vous prépare un déjeuner soigné et délicieux. Magnifique adresse à garder- j'y retournerai, c'est sur.

Marc , the owner , was so welcoming and attentive to my every needs .. His breakfasts were made with care and originality , and were very good as well. I highly recommend Marc when you’re in the Chelsea area !

This was definitely a “hidden treasure“ of a stay. This B&B was conveniently located close to the small town of Chelsea, downhill ski area Camp Fortune, the Gatineau park, the Cascades trail for cross country skiing and the Nordik spa. Our room was clean and had a very comfortable mattress. Our host, Marc, was super friendly and cooked us a delicious, beautiful breakfast every morning. The place is decorated with many traditional and quirky decorations. Lots to look at and be amused. We were comfortable hanging out in our room in addition to the many areas for relaxing and congregation. It was like staying with a friend. We will definitely be back.

Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
