Check-in horrível, wifi não funciona, apenas c QR Code pago, mesmo assim NÃO Consegui acesso, inclusive o sinal d internet é péssimo, só funciona qdo fica bem próximo da janela. O único ponto positivo é a localização

Very clean and comfortable place, little tricky to complete pre registration but once done all good. Close to station for the day trips and short 15min walk to the old town.

Stayed in Italy for 5 weeks and this was the first room without a bidet and the room just felt tired. There were no matching glasses to use and very little other amenities. Our largest issue was we didn't feel safe in the immediate neighborhood. Lots of sketchy things and a ton of graffiti everywhere. We will not be coming back and would move closer into the city center. Getting to the place from the train station was a pretty easy flat walk but I would have walked much further for safety.

Not Happy

We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. By then we had booked elsewhere. We. Expect a full refund for this debacle. The Agency concerned ( based in Milan we were told ) should have an emergency help line in place for these situations.
