Feeling Scammed and need support from Hotels.com!
I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. I am demanding my money back and I demand that Hotels.com intervene and make sure that my money is returned! So far I have been told that my money is non refundable. How can this be so if I never received what I paid for to no fault of my own. I wanted to book for a later date but As I stated they have not returned my calls or Hotels.com. I feel scammed and feel this to be fraudulent practices. I am a senior citizen who thought that I could depend on Hotels.com to ensure fair practices by the hotels they advertise. The jury is still out!
