We called twice to give the hotel notice of our arrival time but the rooms were not ready. They shifted us to another floor, one room was ready the other wasn't hoovered and no toiletry's, cups or towel were in the other room.
On checkout the next manager tried to charge us for the room service from the room were shift from because they didn't log the change on the system.
Restaurant however was great and service was excellent. It was like a different place.
