The staff at the Delamar is always friendly and helpful. I do wish there was someplace to get ice - as I hate to inconvenience the staff to go to the kitchen to get me ice. Otherwise - always a nice stay.

2/10 不太好

We booked the hotel with a 3rd party site, and then when we checked into the hotel, the receptionist charged us for the room again. 5 days later and still haven’t received the refund for the room.

The first floor room i had was very noisy - mechanical sounding noises at 11:00p and 4:30a. Weird, messed up my sleep.
