Excellent location (ca 5-7 min from the Bath Spa Railway station). Close to the Bath Abbey, Roman Baths Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House, and Jane Austin Centre. Very friendly and competent staff. Clean and very well maintained room. Looking forward to retuning next time I'm in Bath.

It's a hotel designed for short stays of a day or 2. The double room we stayed in was tiny with a bed that's rock hard with pillows to match . However the location was fantastic which is why I chose it .

Great option for a short stay in the centre of Bath. The rooms are tiny, and ours had no windows (this was known when we made the reservation), but if you are a solo traveller or a couple, this is a great budget option. The rooms in general are modern and clean and the staff are helpful!

The hotel locates at downtown with lots of restaurants. Not far from train stn, only 15 mins by walk. The staff are nice and helpful. Fixed the toilet very fast. And our luggages were already in the room when we were back to hotel.
