Top Rate Experience
After reading a few bad reviews I was concerned about my booking. However, my stay at the hotel was great. Lisa at the front desk was very welcoming and found us a room as soon as we checked in. The pool was a hit with my 11 year old. Overall it was a top rate experience

When I walked into the lobby it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went out to move my car, 2 people were going through the trash and one hurried over to me after I was already in my car. I moved my car before she could get to my window. The room was very clean and modern.

overall everything excellent! only concern was the area around hotel I found difficult to navigate by car, and walking to restaurant very close by for dinner was nice, but coming back in the dark did not feel safe. However, that is Springfield, maybe? some parts are not the greatest for walking in? {I'm giving an opinion} But, like I said everything else was great.. service comfort cleanliness and an awesome breakfast. Overall we were very pleased.
