Friendly staff Air conditioning turned off prior to arrival. Horrible mold smell and very hot. Air conditioner was loud and did not work well. Very hot night. Seemed clean but in desperate need of fresh paint. A lot of pain was chipping off of the walls. $20 pet fee which is standard for the Dallas Fort Worth area. As well as a $100 deposit which also seems standard in this part of Texas.

The hotel staff was friendly. The entire hotel was very clean, beautiful and refreshing. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, acted as if we were visitors in their own home. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay there again.

We booked on hotels.com and went to the hotel. Jonathan, the clerk began checking us in and repeatedly charged our credit card multiple times for two rooms totaling about $620 on top of what hotels.com charged us. We didn't stay and after about five days finally received our refund from La Quinta. We ended up going some place else. La Quinta said they would okay the refund once Hotels.com (Expedia) contacted them about refunding our money. It is a week later and WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR HOTELS.COM TO REFUND OUR MONEY THEY CHARGed! I recommend another hotel. Best Western down the street a couple miles was quick and painless and clean. This WAS NOT and is STILL a thorn in our side!

The hotel appears to be very clean and orderly. The only shortcoming was the snack bag so call breakfast instead of a real breakfast meal.

There was zero indication that pool would need to be reserved by individuals & no More than 10 in the pool area at the same time. Additionally, nothing was mentioned that breakfast room was closed & had a to go breakfast that consisted of a small apple, a packaged pastry & a orange juice.

When we arrived there was a sign that the pool was available for use by signing up for 45 minute slots. It was the entire reason we booked with our three kids. Adjacent to the front desk was a meeting room overflowing with people for a baby shower-guess they weren’t too concerned with the number of people in there. When we arrived in our room we went to put food into the warm refrigerator to discover food had been left and it was not cleaned out. The carpet and floor were sticky.

Had to stay here in a pinch and there weren’t other hotels with availability. The rating was a “8.0 Very Good” so I felt comfortable booking with them. It was NOT an 8.0 Very Good AT ALL. It was old and smelled bad. I had to leave a $100 deposit for incidentals, never have I had to do that at other hotels, and it will take 7-14 business days to get it back. They rate was too high for the condition of the hotel. The breakfast is in a brown paper sack like your going on a school field trip (no name honey bun, apple and sunny d).

Shower was luke warm at best. Pool made myself, husband and both kids extremely itchy. Beds were very uncomfortable. Room smelled musty, floor was damp when we first got there. People ran up and down the halls all hours of the night and the first desk simply said “I’m sorry ma’am we asked them to stop”, as if they couldn’t do anything else. We came to town for my daughters National Dance Comp. we paid $372.60 for Thursday - Sunday. They “accidentally” charged me a 2nd charge for $472.60 instead of the $100 deposit. Still waiting for that charge to drop off. Manager was polite and professional. The general manager is from India and was rude and demeaning to me. 1/2 the staff didn’t speak English. Would not recommend staying there.
