Great stay as a stopover for one night. Welcoming reception staff. Lovely food. Wonderful pool staffed by lifeguard Vinay who was an excellent pool host and kept the pool safe for a very enjoyable few hours of swimming. Hotel also kindly let me use their business hub free of charge for a days work after I'd checked out. Highly recommend.

The staff was the best. Very considerate and courteous. The fact that several malls are around the hotel is great(not Indian markets) gives a little of the US in India. Right now the hotel doesn’t look pretty due to the renovations, but there was no noise while we stayed there. It was a great stay.

The hotel was located in a very convenient loacation, in south delhi, next to Saket select City & DLF mall and direct access to the mall from the hotel was a plus. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Service could have been improved. The bfast when asked to be served in the room was very bare minimum even though the buffet was paid for. A few things ordered other than bfast took a lot of time. Otherwise a good choice of hotel

Was placed in a smoking room though I never asked for it. Condition of the bathroom was terrible. The towels were so old and rough that if not careful could bruise oneself. I tried breakfast on one day and it was not so great. No smiles from any of the staff. Lighting is terrible feels like a dingy place.

Is this the Hilton Experience : DISGUSTING

I was staying here for peace of mind while Attending to my critically ill Father at a nearby Hospital and the Managers at this hotel have Zero Empathy. Needed constant reminders for cleaning the Rooms, Garbage was left in the room on more than 2 occasions, The washrooms had muddy sediments mixed dark colored water, The Beds weren’t made Properly a lot of times, staff was argumentative often, 2 nights the Airconditioner wasnt working at all, No ventilation in the room. On top of all this experience, they have over charged me for Rupees 9000 approx and till date have made no effort to refund it and have not given me a prompt timeline to make up for such a Inhospitable stay… Should not call Themselves a Hotel.. and definitely not expected from a Hilton

Terrible Hilton Garden Inn stay in Delhi

The start of my stay was full of disappointment and so was my departure from the hotel! My suitcase didn’t arrive and was delivered to the hotel 16 hours after my arrival. Upon inquiry with multiple reception staff, I was told thatcher had not received my luggage, which resulted in anxiety and costs to purchase necessary clothing from the mall. An expense that will not be borne by neither the airline nor by my travel insurance. The last night of my stay I was ill throughout the night. My niece, who had been visiting me unhindered by staff all week several times daily during my week’s stay, came by to assist in packing my suitcase. Upon arrival she was asked to present an id card which she had neglected to carry and therefore was not allowed to come to my room. She called me and I called the reception from the room phone, spoke to Aladdin receptionist who promised to allow her. In a few minutes my niece called again to say that now there was a manly assistant at reception was not allowing her after all. I spoke to him and explained that I wasn’t well and to allow her please. He refused and would not even send a staff member along with her to ensure security and that she was only coming up to my room, not wandering in the hotel. I had to dress and come down to confront him and take her up with me. At no point during this 15 min phone and personal exchange was this person considerate of my health condition, a hotel guest of age 75 years! Shameful!
