Old and Outdated

Building is old and outdated. Carpet in the room was stained. Room seemed to have some electrical issues, with lights having a delay when flipping the switch and making a buzzing sound. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, so the room was a bit warm. There is a ceiling fan over the bed, but it wobbled like crazy and I was afraid it might fall on me while sleeping, so I turned it off. The bed was clean though, and the location provided easy access to the expressways to get to other areas. Overall, I would not stay here again.

My honest review

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and location was on point. Oncue and sonic 2 minutes away and there was also a nightclub across the street. Affordable and easy to deal with, service was decent and I would def stay again. Parking lot is a bit small so it can get crowded but is also connected to a Home Depot and shopping center so parking trucks is possible as well. Make sure to get there early to turn the AC on because they leave it off until you get there, it will get cold though.

Needs some TLC, good price

I stayed here for consecutive weekends for about two months since I’m a traveling healthcare worker. The price is unbeatable and it does the job, but here is what to keep in mind: It is not the cleanest, but at least no roaches or bedbugs during any of my stays. However, I did spot mysterious stains in the bedding (I particularly remember a yellow stain I discovered during my last stay and I am HOPING it is a stain that just couldn’t be washed off, pictured here), brownish stains on the bathroom’s wall, and the carpet has seen better days. The ceiling fans are hit or miss, some of them are too loud and seem like they’re about to fall off. The parking lot does have some strangers roaming around but I never felt unsafe, that could be because I am a man. It is close to a lot of fast food places and Target, so that was pretty convenient. Again, price is great but you do get what you pay for.

The person who helped us at reception was very inattentive. He didn't explain anything. We asked him to change rooms because the bathroom was unacceptably dirty, but he didn't say anything about it. A person who, under no circumstances, should have any contact with the public. A very unpleasant experience.
