It was a good location, off I-43 and on the river with close access to parks and Bayshore Mall (upscale stores and restaurants). The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely patio in the back. The downside was a lumpy bed, too much light coming in the windows at night which could not be blocked by the curtains, and cheap paper products (1-ply tissues and toilet paper). Bathroom space was tight (door almost meets the stool) and the shower water pressure was weak. The restaurant/bar is no longer open aside from breakfast service, which was very sparse. I believe there might be renovations planned, but until some upgrades occur, not sure I would stay there again if planning to spend much time on site.
