Dont even think about staying here and dont let the name fool you. Its filthy, old, and uncomfortable. No hot water tap in the shower, no air conditioning remote, rusty fridge and the stair rails are so loose and dangerous. Room smells of stale smoke and buckets of urine in the car park. If I could give it no stars I would. Staff were great.

Air conditioner did not work, cooling function was definitely not working. Air con set on 17 felt like 25 deg. With a pregnant wife and a hot day, this was uncomfortable. After raising this with reception and maintenance - they assured me I was wrong and that the Air con was working fine. Ridiculous. Not handled well by management. Rooms are very old and ours wasn't cleaned sufficiently. Pool was clean and worth swimming in. Great location.

The upmost disgusting houso place you will ever stay at avoid at all costs!!! The place is used as a halfway house for homeless people. Witnessed people smoking ice on there balcony. Cockroaches everywhere! No staff insight when needed! The staff had a broken nose and told he couldn’t refund! Have since found out that he could of!! The staff is rude! Looks nothing like the photos very rundown and dirty place! No elevator so have to lugg bags up 3 flights of stairs! Just avoid you would feel safer sleeping under the bridge then at this place!! Read all the reviews of this place i with we had!

The property requires a lot of maintenance work, up grades on rooms and facilities. Location to the venue was great. Price was good. Items for rooms no hairdryer, shower flooded floor in bathroom. Taps require maintenance for bathroom sink and shower.

Sheets, pillow slips and towels were clean at least. My wife swapped pillows during the night because her ONE pillow was uncomfortable. It’s very run down, with weeds growing between pavers on the mezzanine area and poolside. The pool, while the water looked clean had lots of debris on the bottom, including a spoon the was still there the day we checked out. It is conveniently located near the waterfront entertainment area. But could be a bit foreboding for a woman, alone at night. There had been a stabbing in The El Lago Caravan Park which is three doors down and owned by the same company.

Overpriced for the rundown facility. Poor workmanship for an attempt to refresh the rooms, needs new bathroom, painting, furniture old and battered doors have forced entry damage walls damaged, towel stuffed in bathroom ceiling vent to block the hole! In our friends room. Photo of pool area does not represent the facility condition. Needs a complete revamp. Could not get out of there quick enough.

Nothing at all like the pictures. Extremely run down bordering on unsafe. The room was filthy. We were surrounded by drug addicts who kept us up all night and to make things worse the door didnt lock properly. Would NOT have stayed here if there was any other accommodation available at the time.

Unfortunately, the pictures of the property displayed online are not indicative of the true state of the property. It is very run-down and the area surrounding the motel is poorly maintained. Whilst the rooms are dated, they were clean. Our bed was very low to the floor and as 70 this was difficult accessing. The shower is also over the bath. Our biggest grief with our stay was a problem with no water being availble for 3hrs during our overnight stay. Whilst the water was fixed by 10.30pm, there was no hot water until 11.30pm. Overall, the property is old and in need of many repairs, so don't rely on the pictures advertised, I would encourage people to read the reviews, which I did not. Very disappointing

Its close to the water, in a nice convenient spot. Later checkout to most places. However, upon entering heading to our room there was a hole in the roof (looked like bad water damage) in the pool they have a nice shallow end for children, but the pool was dirty, we pulled a half fish body out of the shallow section. Overall just had a real weird vibe.
