Wonderful!
I love this hotel! It is clean and people are friendly. I have stayed twice and both times were great. They have a great breakfast. They have had bacon and omelettes on the free breakfast. The people are just so nice! The rooms are very nice with good amenities .

Great hotel
Great hotel! Jerry was amazing at check in and my daughter and I, who were traveling alone for a sports tournament, felt very safe and secure at this hotel. Everything was very clean and lovely. We didn't get to utilize breakfast or any of the amenities since we had to be up very early to go play volleyball, but that breakfast area looked very nice. Lobby was nice and clean. Hotel smelled nice-not like that funk that most hotels have. We will stay again. Thank you!

Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The only downside was the highway noise cause it’s right off of 1-44.

Lows and a high
We had a horrible beginning being sent to two separate rooms that were dirty!!! But then they gave us the “owners suite” which was the most dreamy room! This was a special one night deal with my daughter for Christmas and after walking out of the 2nd dirty room I was gonna cry and maybe just leave the hotel but this suite was truly magical and made our night so special!!! Thank you for that.

The staff was so kind and helpful. We arrived very late after a long drive. We were in our room quickly, and the room was prepared nicely. We overslept on accident because the blackout shades were AMAZING. I was afraid we missed breakfast, but the kind staff let us eat and even gathered a few items from the back for us. The continental breakfast was amazing - omelets, bacon, waffles, and all of the usual grits, oatmeal, etc. We were very pleased.

Misrepresentation at best! Don’t stay here!!!!!
Hotel was decent. When to grab dinner and came back to figure out our door would not lock unless you used the deadbolt. They did switch our room but just an uneasy feeling. Rooms are nothing as to what is pictured in the photos. This was a Hyatt Place that has been renovated but not all rooms are nice as in the photos. Really disappointed and no restaurant onsite as described. Seems that there is a bunch of misrepresentation. The lobby is the only thing that looks like the photos. If you trust the photos and descriptions you would be severely let down with this hotel. I trust the descriptions and photos to represent the hotel and this was way off. I would not have stayed here knowing what it truly looks like. I was also charged 4 times for the room and 4 incidental charges. Seems not much is good about this place.

Not exactly what it seems.
The BEST part of this hotel is the genius branding through their marketing, pictures and website. The location is odd...pretty hard to find and NO signs--situated in a back alley practically under a major highway. It appears that this was an old hotel that has been repurposed into today's rendition. Our room "looked" nice, but after a closer look we could see painter's tape, drywall dust, remnants of remodeling, etc. It's like they did a decor update and called it a "new" hotel. Our bathroom wasn't clean...and wondered when the last guest stayed in this room? Road noise, dingy room, stains on the couch, bad breakfast: Not what we had in mind for our stay. We did enjoy all the artwork in the hallway and all the design elements in the public areas. Perhaps shifting the focus away from trendy lobby art, furniture and decor and moving it towards quality, comfortable, fresh pieces in the actual ROOM would be a better choice. We also were so thankful that IHOP was in proximity.... because the hotel's breakfast was inedible. After two sleeps we were SO ready to pack out and head back home.

Run. Save your money
Ripoff paid all the fees through Hotels.com They asked for a $50 security deposit in case of room damage, then not only kept it saying there was a “PET FEE” Not on the website but charged another $8.94 for Occupancy Tax I am assuming they wanna call it “Pet occupancy tax” because on the same bill we got charged another $17.02 for occupancy tax. I called the hotel manager stating NON of this was on the website and NON of the way better hotels we stayed with our pet along our trip had this hidden fee. She said well if scroll all the way down and click on property details… bla bla. I don’t waste my time arguing with ignorant people to get $59 back but I’m am taking my time to write this hopefully to save more innocent people to get robbed like I did. And if they steal all this money at least wash or replace the disgusting dirty stained couches and figure a way to vent the rooms cause they smell like detergent from dollar store.
