We arrived at 11:15 pm with a confirmed and fully paid reservation for two rooms, only to find the reception closed with no staff available. We were never informed that an online check-in was mandatory to access the property, and the booking information stated that reception was open until midnight. We spent a long time outside with three young children before leaving to another hotel. Better communication would have completely avoided this stressful situation. Very disappointing.

Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season.
